Hungry Girls Sweet & Nutty Brussels Sprouts Slaw
Ingredients
12-oz Shredded Brussels Sprouts
1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries, chopped
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 oz. (about 2 tbsp.) sliced almonds
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except almonds.
Step 2
Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Step 3
Top with almonds.
